I'd like to convey how accommodating Lisa was when we searched for homes from Kansas City. I think she has found her professional passion in brokering real estate and new relationships. She really helped scout different areas and provided virtual tours through her cell phone with live video streaming.

When we made the trip to Colorado for showings, she was efficient with our limited time, and we found was extremely knowledgeable about the minute details of CO real estate. Once we had found our home, she really went to bat for us and helped us negotiate the best deal possible. We really appreciate everything Lisa has done! Simply Outstanding!

October 2017 - Bought and Sold homes in Littleton and Highlands Ranch, CO

We met Lisa at one of her open houses. Our daughter (who was in the market for a condo) and Lisa hit it off immediately and as they say, the rest was history.

Lisa helped us complete 3 transactions in about 20 months: purchased a condo in a very competitive environment; buy our "forever" home, and sell our Highlands Ranch family home.

Lisa really listens, provides valuable input/insights, and responds quickly. Her mission is to ensure we get what we want; she asks probing questions but doesn't push.

She listened, provided links based on location / price range, and threw in a few options outside the parameters that she thought we should review. She scheduled six to eight potential condos / homes for us to visit on the same day, multiple times (worked best for us). We tweaked our preferences after the first round and "found" what we were looking for by round two or three. For both our purchases, Lisa efficiently helped us negotiate and navigate from offer to objections to walk-thru to closing.

When listing our home, Lisa provided valuable advise with the staging, the list price, and the description. We had the house under contract within 2 days (and we were out of state on vacation!). Lisa's effective and assertive communication skills helped us counter buyer requests that could have created issues.
